Welcome

I am currently enrolled as a student with the International Sports Sciences Association and I have achieved to my Master Trainer status. Please check all my other certifications, I am however, still working on other courses.

I have been teaching and training for many years. The clientele I have worked with over the years range from ages 22 to 82, both men and women. I also work with Parkinson's patients. I will be starting online training soon, using Zoom and/or Skype.
